Short and Simple... yea.. That works......
The cat sat on the mat.
Back in elementary school, The simplest form of learning was the short one syllable words. Laid out, they plainly and directly TEACH a lesson. A child up to an adult can learn anything by sentences laid out in one syllable word sentences. As the simple sentence above tells the reader, who, what, where and how. Easy..
What happens to people when they grow, get older, Change? You’d think that the simple first lessons of life would be the ones that they remember forever. Sadly, it seems like with common sense and manners, those first simple lessons in learning fall by the way side extremely to easily. As if they had never learned to begin with.
When love becomes involved, things are never that easy. It should be, and could be, and with simple one syllable word sentences. It shouldn’t really become so damn impossible for people to understand the simplest of things.
I
I love
I want love
I can love
I can feel love
I have love
I have been in love
I feel love
I have felt love
I need love
I want your love
Love me
Need me
Trust me
Want me
Show me love
Give me love
I will give love back
I will love you
I love you
What is it in a relationship between two people who can claim love with such a flair of words, that the meaning gets so lost? You hear people say it to one another. You read it in books, hear it in music. And for the most part it all sounds so amazingly beautiful and so very desired by so many. To be swept off your feel with the frilly words floating around your mind and engulfing your heart.
Yet, when it is simply said.. It seems unheard….
Flesh...
